What a month it’s been for Caldwell’s March Business of the Month, Mi Pueblito. The community has welcomed them with open arms and left with full stomachs. Mi Pueblito snagged the Business of the Month title and won the hearts of the nominators by providing Great food, speedy service, all their staff is super friendly, did we mention great food?
Mi Pueblito prides themselves on their fresh, made to order food.
For a small-town Caldwell has so many great options to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mi Pueblito fits in perfectly with the lineup. They are working hard on getting their alcohol license just to add one more option to go along with your already delicious meal.
If you haven’t stopped in yet make sure you do. Currently they are open Monday-Saturday from 11am-9pm and Sunday 11AM-3PM. The hours may change when they get a feel for their busier day’s vs slower days because they need to rest up so they can continue to deliver some wonderful food.
