Mi Pueblito's, Caldwell's newest eatery, is a Mexican food restaurant. For the time being, they plan to be open seven days a week, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and ll to 3 p.m. on Sundays. However, they will most likely eventually close one day to recoup. Congratulations and welcome to Caldwell. This was a warm and engaging introduction to the local community update, and it really highlights the importance of small businesses in bringing people together. I recently read a similar discussion on a review blog, and it provided an interesting perspective as well, including thoughts that reminded me of https://www.rosedalewellness.com/ in terms of community well-being and connection. A great piece that reflects local culture and growth nicely.
