Business Spotlight - Lori Newfer

The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce would like to welcome Lori Newfer, with J.P. Weigand as a Preferred member of the Chamber of Commerce. Lori's been licensed for about five-and-a-half years, though her history with buying and selling property goes back further than that.

She works solo, serving Wichita and the surrounding area as well as Harper and Sumner Counties. I try to do the best job I can for my clients," she says. "I try to get the win-win for both sides, an easy transaction, a lack of drama, and I'm very personable with my clients. I develop long-term friendships with them. Buying a home is a huge step, whether you are a first-time buyer, moving up or downsizing the process can be very stressful. My job is to alleviate as much stress as possible for all sides of the transaction." Lori also takes measures to stay in touch with past clients. Through emails, calls, texts, celebration cards, she also meets up for coffee and lunch. Following up after the transaction can be the most important part. Lori doesn't have a set range of price for a transaction, and she's enthusiastic about each one. "I feel every client out there regardless of the amount of money they have to spend on the house deserves the same representation. I do not discriminate by price range, I'll help everybody." It's that variety that Lori likes the most about her job. "I like the people. I like the challenge, taking difficult situations and making them work, having happy clients at the end is the best feeling!" The main focuses in Lori's life are family (she has two children and six grandchildren) and real estate. "I have a lot of wonderful friends and family, and they all keep me going." If you are in the market to buy or sell, make sure Lori Newfer is your first call!

The Patta chitta portal is a great initiative by the Tamil Nadu government to bring land records transparency to citizens. It has simplified the process of accessing crucial land ownership and property details, which earlier used to take days. Now, with just a few clicks, anyone can get accurate and updated Patta and Chitta information online. This helps eliminate middlemen, reduces corruption, and ensures that rightful landowners have quick access to their records. The integration of maps and land boundary data is very useful for legal and property transactions. Hats off to the government for digitizing land services and making them more accessible and citizen-friendly!
