Bigfoot Lawn and Tree Care is owned and operated by Calvin Collazo, a local to Caldwell. Calvin graduated from Caldwell High School in 2004. Once his kids were old enough to go to school he and his wife, Taylor moved their family back to Caldwell. Calvin noticed that there was a great need for a complete top to bottom property maintenance service. He used his experience growing up on a farm and working for other tree services during his college summer/winter breaks and dove in by watching and working with his mentor Eddie Ehlers. It was then that Bigfoot Lawn and Tree Care took shape. Calvin put together a team that consisted of some friends and family members and went to work. The business has grown tremendously over the years. Bigfoot takes great pride in serving Caldwell and the surrounding areas. Bigfoot offers services all across Kansas and has even extended services into Oklahoma.

His hope is that he is able to pass on trade skills that will help them down the road and hopefully allow them to earn a living if they pursue the business as he has. He's especially thankful for his late mentor Eddie, who did that very same thing for Calvin when he was getting started, passing on many years of experienced knowledge to the Bigfoot team.
