Caldwell TSA (Technology Student Assoc.) students visited KanOkla recently. This included students in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Interactive Media and Animation classes taught by Paula Custer and Randy Sawyer. Eric Eaton, Marketing Manager, shared information about the video side of KanOkla and Jamie York, Sr. Web Designer, told students about the opportunity web design offers. Students then received a tour of the KanOkla facilites.

Samson Ledesma, graphic artist for KanOkla, then came to the classroom last Monday and shared his background in art education and the path he pursued to become a graphic artist. Samson shared a powerpoint on his portfolio fromt he Denver Art Institute on animation and freelance artwork. He is presently doing some character designs for future video games.

The information shared by Eric, Jamie, and Samson provided the TSA students with possible career opportunities in video production, web design, gaming, and graphic design.
