The annual OKOTOBERFEST celebration is a few short weeks away and it's time to begin thinking about cleaning out those closets for the City-wide Garage Sale or pulling out that favorite chili recipe for the Chamber of Commerce Chili Cook-Off. Everything is invited to participate in the community-wide event by having a garage sale, bake sale, arts and crafts sale or entering the chili cook-off.
  This year's favorite fall festival will take place on Saturday, October 9th. Among the activities planned will be the City-wide Garage Sale, Quilt Show, Kolache Kitchen, Chili Cook-Off, sidewalk sales, craft booths, Volunteer Firemen's Competition, and the Caldwell Fire Department Annual Figure 8 Race.
